WHY COACHING?
Coaching is not about fixing what’s broken.
And it’s not about being told what to do.
Coaching is for moments when you are capable, curious, and ready for change, but something feels unclear, scattered, or stuck. When you know there is more potential in front of you, but the path forward isn’t obvious yet.
My coaching is designed for people who think a lot, care deeply, and carry many ideas at once. People who are learning, building, leading, or transitioning and who want both insight and progress.

MY COACHING
I do individual coaching and group coaching. The group coaching sessions are mostly physical and can be held at your location.
My coaching combines:

Structure and momentum - ideas are organized into something workable
Action and iteration - progress is tested, refined, and built over time

Consultancy
I work with all kinds of organisations and teams to set up strategic programmes and directions with leader development, culture, inner growth as a tool, self-leading teams, psychological safety and much more. I work with researched based models and validated techniques to improve performance, worker well-being and building long-term sustainable organisations.
Talks
In my work as a lecturer, I explore how organizations can grow from the inside out by strengthening inner development, relationships, and everyday practices. I combine research and real-world experience to make complex ideas about leadership, sustainability, and the future of work both accessible and actionable.
My lectures are grounded in evidence-based models from psychology and organizational development, always connected to concrete examples. I focus on creating understanding around motivation, psychological safety, and belonging as foundations for lasting change. My aim is to inspire reflection, learning, and action that supports long-term, sustainable transformation.
