WHY COACHING?
Coaching is not about fixing what’s broken.
And it’s not about being told what to do.
Coaching is for moments when you are capable, curious, and ready for change, but something feels unclear, scattered, or stuck. When you know there is more potential in front of you, but the path forward isn’t obvious yet.
My coaching is designed for people who think a lot, care deeply, and carry many ideas at once. People who are learning, building, leading, or transitioning and who want both insight and progress.
What coaching with me is like
I coach mainly online, using Zoom or Google Meet or the app of your choice. I can also do physical meetings if you are close to where I am in Sweden. I coach internationally and in both English and Swedish.
I do individual coaching and group coaching. The group coaching sessions are mostly physical and can be held at your location.
My coaching combines:
Curiosity and learning - we explore before we decide
Creative thinking - new perspectives, new options, new connections
Strategic clarity - choosing the best path, not all paths
Structure and momentum - ideas are organized into something workable
Action and iteration - progress is tested, refined, and built over time
Each session is a mix of reflection and forward movement. You should leave with:
clearer thinking
a stronger sense of direction
and something concrete to work with - not just insight, but traction
This is what my coaching agreement usually look like.

How coaching differs from therapy
Therapy often focuses on healing the past and understanding patterns that may be holding you back. That work is deeply important, and sometimes essential.
Coaching, as I practice it, starts from a different place:
You are fundamentally resourceful and capable
The focus is on where you are now and where you want to go
We work forward, not backward
We may touch on emotions, doubts, and inner barriers, but always in service of clarity, choice, and action, not diagnosis or treatment.

How coaching differs from mentoring
A mentor typically shares their own experience and advice:
“Here’s what worked for me.”
In my coaching, the assumption is different:
You already have the raw material - ideas, experience, intuition, ambition.
My role is not to give you answers, but to:
Ask better questions
Surface patterns you may not see
Help you explore possibilities without getting lost in them
Turn insight into direction, and direction into movement
The outcome isn’t dependency on my experience - it’s your ability to navigate complexity on your own, with more confidence and clarity.
“The work with you have meant so much to me ❤️”
“I don’t know exactly what you’ve done, but I’m certain it’s largely thanks to you. The way I relate to myself and to my work - since we started coaching (or perhaps since we began communicating more regularly) - has made an enormous difference, both for me and for the value I create (and my wellbeing).”
“You helped me see things I needed in order to make the change that was highly necessary for both my work and myself. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!”
“I am more balanced and a better manager thanks to our coaching sessions. It has really made a fundamental difference.”
“You helped me move forward when I was stuck. I can see my future now!”
MY COACHING METHOD
-
ELEVATE - Empathize, Learn, Explore, Validate, Arrange, Tune, Execute
-
1 EMPATHIZE
For transformation to happen, it matters that both of us truly listen to your story and take the time to understand it.
-
2 LEARN
…to deepen your understanding of who you are (your strengths), where you are in this moment (your context), and where you want to go (your goals).
-
3 EXPLORE
What do you need to change? As this becomes clearer, it becomes easier to navigate and explore different routes that could help you move past what is blocking you.
-
4 VALIDATE
…and test different paths to find the one that does the job.
-
5 ARRANGE
Integrating your solution into everyday life in a way that feels seamless and doable, so that change can actually happen.
-
6 TUNE
…and allow yourself to try, iterate, adjust, and shape it in a way that fits your life, learning as you go.
-
7 EXECUTE
This is your win. By constructively working through your blocker, you learned how to combine reflection and action to move beyond yourself and closer to your goal.
